Lawrence is a Chartered Procurement Professional with over 20 years of leadership in leading Procurement of large agencies in Uganda. He is the head of procurement at National Central Bank.
He has served on Board of several local and International NGOs, and government agencies and commissions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Makerere University), Masters of Business Administration (London School of Economics) and a Chartered Procurement Professional.
