Yvonne is Ugandan with extensive experience in designing and implementing Development Programs in Uganda. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University (Class of Degree: Distinction), a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration (Class of Degree: Upper second) from Makerere University Kampala and a Program in Population, Health and Environmental studies; and training in Programming for Adolescent Girls and Young Women.
She has deep knowledge and experience working with Adolescents and Youth to ensure Gender transformative outcomes; upholding SRH rights, GBV and HIV prevention, Youth empowerment and skilling. She is a strategic leader in Coordination for Clinical and Socio-economic Services for the rural poor; particularly, working with the DHTs to support Health Facilities, addressing capacity gaps in order to strengthen health systems for better service delivery.
